In every production facility, the Company sets the standard operational procedures to be implemented by every employee. The Company also posted signs reminding employees to obey the rules, so that accident levels will be very minimal. The Company also provides health allowances based on level, and has registered all employees for health ins urance and/or BPJS Kesehatan.

 

The Company conducts continuous training and development every year, such as internal and external management and technical training, in order to enhance the performance of employees. This is so that employees can consistently make an optimal contribution to the Company, especially in terms of quality.

 

The Company has complaints module as a tool for employees submit complaints relating to labor issues. The employee can file the complaint to a specific person to resolve the issue within 5 days or any other agreed time. The specific person certain person has an order from direct superior, superior from the direct superior, local Personnel Department into the last one, which is Division Head. If the complaint hasn’t resolved, the Company will go through the official mechanism regulated by the labor law.
