AUDIT COMMITTEE

The Audit Committee is tasked with and responsible for providing professional and independent advice to the Board of Commissioners regarding reports or other issues that have been presented by the Directors to the Board of Commissioners.

 
Based on Circular Decision of the Board of Commissioners 002/BISI-CS/V/2024 dated May 27, 2024 Board of Commissioners approved the appointment of Sunardi as the Chairman and appointment of Ira Luciawati and Iswanto Tanoyo each as the Member.
