The deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree No. C2-5415.HT.01.01.TH.84 dated 27 September 1984 and was published in the State Gazette No. 94, Supplement No. 4731, dated November 23, 1990.
